Day 10

Breakfast:
• 1 jumbo egg fried over easy with a side of half an avocado

Lunch:
• leftover steamed shrimp & grilled zucchini

On my break I was so hungry I honestly have no idea why, maybe my lunch was too small? But I got vegetarian jambalaya soup!

Dinner:
• 5 Brussels sprouts
• 2 oz of sweet potato
Both were topped with butter, salt and pepper

I made baked chicken thighs topped with butter, lemon, rosemary, salt & pepper .. They came out AMAZING and I can’t wait to take a picture of my lunch today! Hehe

Exercise today was the Julian Michaels ab workout again .. I feel pretty good.. Stomach is feeling thinner
